This last week was a difficult week for me. Among other things, I lost the Internet connection at the house. Hopefully, it is back today. Mondays are perhaps my busiest day of the week most weeks and I just didn't get to this like I intended to yesterday. Two weeks ago I missed it altogether and last week I was encouraged by the comments that put me in my place about people not noticing that I missed it.
Today, I really feel like putting up several different songs that all capture a little different piece of me right now, but I will stick with two by Marco Antonio Solis. For all of you who are not so sure that Jesus is still alive, I want you to know that He is - He changed names and professions and now sings romantic music in Spanish. Don't believe me? Well, see for yourself (jump to about 1:30 on the first video - yes, it is Him):
I am a big Marco Antonio Solis fan. It is definitely a sound that you either like or you don't, however. Knowing the language is a huge boon in this case because he is an amazing song writer.

Love the "Jesus" remark... funny!
ReplyDeleteI do agree that Solis is pretty great, even though I don't speak Spanish.
